All Sales Final Policy

Mahalo for supporting Kalakoa Products and Hoʻoilina Designs. As a small business, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exceptions to this policy are items that arrive:

• Damaged during shipping 
• Defective upon arrival 
• Incorrect due to an error in fulfillment 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number 
• A description of the issue 
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging 

Upon review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable..
